       In the morning of 17th February 2016, PVN leaders including Mr. Nguyen Hung Dung - PetroVietnam Vice President and Mr. Le Dinh Mau - Chief Accountant, Mr. Le Ngoc Son - Head of Petroleum Exploration together with other PVN's heads of department paid a New Year visit to PTSC Thanh Hoa. Representatives of PTSC Thanh Hoa were: Mr. Le Van Nga - Director of PTSC Thanh Hoa and Board of Management, heads of departments and team leaders

On behalf of PTSC Thanh Hoa, Mr. Le Van Nga reported the results achieved in 2015. PTSC Thanh Hoa has successfully implemented the high level growth of traditional port services and new core services associated with Port Operation and Logistic services including mechanical, logistic and maritime service vessels. PTSC Thanh Hoa also applied for tax exemption and clearance, loading and discharging, transportation of equipment and machinery for NSRP with value at nearly $ 2 billion. Besides, mechanical packages have been successfully implemented ensuring quality, safety and efficiency such as UGPX, B2, and SMP9... Total merchandise reached 2.5 million tons, revenue reached 711 billion, profits reached 41.85 billion, and average income of workers reached more than 18 million per person per month. 2015 is the year marking the development of PTSC Thanh Hoa since its establishment and this results have been gained from the drastic command and close guidance of PVN and PTSC Leaders. Especially, the efforts and determination of all employees PTSC Thanh Hoa have captured the opportunities during construction phase of Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Project.

       In 2016, PTSC Thanh Hoa shall continue determining important goals in maintaining port services well and develop long-term services provided for Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Project such as Maritime service vessels; SPM Maintenance; Operation support; PP Handling and other packages during the operation period. At the same time, PTSC Thanh Hoa is committed to optimize the infrastructure, resources and support of PVN leaders in order to overcome difficulties and develop sustainably. Mr. Le Van Nga also proposed to PVN Vice President and other leaders as follows:

1. PVN proposed with the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province, Ministry of Transport about early adopting the policy of adjusting port plan from 50,000 DWT to 70,000 DWT.
2. PVN proposed with Vietnam Maritime Administration and the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa Province to approve the NSRP to take the initiative and be responsible for calculating the capacity of the tug boats supporting Crude Oil Carriers at SPM. If NSRP fails to meet the requirements in the process of testing, NSRP shall be responsible for replacing the appropriate vessel.
3. PVN considered about disinvestment of capital contribution of PTSC Thanh Hoa during this period when the contracts signed by NSRP. Furthermore, batch deployment would have more advantages for the offering.

       On behalf of PVN Leaders, Vice President- Nguyen Hung Dung highly appreciated the outstanding development of Thanh Hoa PTSC in all aspects and PTSC Thanh Hoa has been affirming its position in the area. To continue the achievements in the coming years, PTSC Thanh Hoa needs to focus on building a management system, advanced production, training, attracting resources with capacity, experience and enthusiasm and preparing the synchronous infrastructure in order to develop sustainable services and ensuring the living conditions for laborers. About the proposals, Mr. Nguyen Hung Dung also acknowledged and committed that PVN Leaders would support PTSC Thanh Hoa in the coming time.

       On the occasion of New Year 2016, Mr. Nguyen Hung Dung sent the wishes of health and success to all employees of PTSC Thanh Hoa. He also wished PTSC Thanh Hoa would complete the tasks of manufacturing business in 2016 successfully and ensure sustainable development.
