Bachelor Degree :  Anti-corrosion, materials science, chemical technology or engineering related..

Nace 2 , Bgas 2 or equivalent.

Fluency in reading, writing, speaking English. To prefer TOEIC 500 and above or equivalent.

PC skill: AutoCAD, Proficient in MS Office (can use Pivot and Vlook up/ HLook up in Excel for Reporting),

Electronic presentation programs

The candidate at least 05 years’ experience in Heavy/ Petrochemical Industrial and Oil and Gas with a background in Painting.

Understanding International Standards:

ISO 8501,8502,8504,12944,2409,4624,2808,SSPC-PA1, SSPC-PA2,SSPC-SP1,SSPC-SP2,SSPC-SP3,SSPC-SP5,SSPC-SP6,SSPC-SP7,SSPC-SP8,SSPC-SP10,ASTM D4541,BS5493,BS7079,NACE.                  

Skill: Leadership; Time managerment; Working under hight pressure...

Skill to issue work schedule, mobilization schedule for painting work.

Skill to organize construction work (Preparation, manpower, construction equipment, construction engineering,…).

Must be perform and control material take off (MTO) about painting work of project. Control loss factor of paint material during carry out application.

Positive “can do” attitude & strong work ethic.

Ability to take detailed instruction.

Willing to be challenged to improve painting skills to meet high quality standards.

Skill problem solving.

Generally controlling blasting and painting work, overseeing all aspects of a project. Work on a job site, performing tasks related to supervising workers and managing a financial budget.

 Get tasks from painting manager.

Preparation of project plan schedule for painting work. Prepare method treatment for painting follow .Prepare painting matrix of project, Review  painting  procedure, application  procedure  and  passive  fire  protection procedure.

Know and understand engineering drawing.

To  ensures  painting  work  is  performed  in  accordance  with  Project  contractual  and  specification requirements

 Have communication to discuss project with client, paint maker, supervisor and field employees.

Scheduling of all field employees and supervisor for jobs that are currently active.

Arranging and maintaining own schedule to meet the needs of client and ensure the efficient operation of position.

 Maintain time, payroll, and material records and submits reports as required.

Train or inform employees of new work methods or procedures, changes in safety regulations, and work policies.

Plan and develop work schedules, equipment usage schedules, priority of painting expenditures and procedures for equipment maintenance.

Inspects generally surface preparation condition and painting.

Ensure OHS&E policies are carried out correctly when working.

Managing records related to the management of corrosion of pipe, structure and equipment; report and propose solutions / measures to improve the effectiveness of corrosion management
