Scope of work: Provision of 07 tugboats for assisting VLCCs during crude oil loading/unloading operations at the Single Point Mooring (SPM) system, 01 high-speed crew transfer vessel, and 02 oil spill response equipment packages. The scope also includes maintenance support for the SPM system serving the Nghi Son Refinery and the wider Nghi Son area
