Logistics Team Building 2018 – “Fun in the Sun”

Logistics Project is a multi-cultural group with 300 members from different regions, different major, different "qualities" and is currently working on some packages in Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Project such as: Maritime Vessel Services, NSRP Logistics Package, Operation Support Package, Shipping Agent Package, PP handling package ... ... Each person has different personality but they have one thing in common: Together young, together enthusiastically, and together work together for the success of PTSC Thanh Hoa family

Logistics Project Team successfully implemented the Team Building - Fun In the Sun program at the FLC Sam Son resort on June 30^th.

"Fun in the Sun" are bright colors of excitement, youthfulness, team spirit, passion and energy combined with the glorious sunshine of showing four core values: Positive, Teamwork Coordination, PDCA (Plan - Do - Check - Act) and Win - Win Collaboration.

Logistics Project Team is divided into small teams with different colors.

Dragon Fighting – Game Team Building requires communication skills.

Flag Capture requires quick reaction and concentration.

Pearl Collecting game brings the PDCA value (Plan – Do – Check – Act).

All teams matched the pieces to have the full logo to find the core value of PTSC Thanh Hoa: Unity – Activeness – Creativeness - Professionalism
