The Closing ceremony of PTSC’s sports festival 2017 of the North - Central Region

After 03 days of intense and fierce competition, on the evening of 5^th August 2017 at Central Hotel - No. 01, Nguyen Hoang Avenue, Dong Hai Ward, Thanh Hoa City, held the closing ceremony of PTSC’s Sports Festival 2017 of the North - Central region.

With 164 athletes coming from 07 member companies of PTSC in the Northern and Central in 05 subjects: football, table tennis, badminton, tennis and tug of war, the audience has witnessed the exciting and attractive competition as well as the enthusiasm of the competition brought by the athletes. Although they were not professional, the athletes have shown a variety of strategies as well as skillfulness, provided to the audience the impressive and beautiful matches.

Attending the ceremony was the presence of the managers of the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group, PTSC and its branches. On behalf of the directors, Mr. Nguyen Tran Toan has announced the closing of the festival and congratulated its success and congratulated the good results of teams.

As the final results, the first prize for team belonged to PTSC Thanh Hoa team with 04 gold medals, 02 silver and 03 bronze medals. Following was PTSC Dinh Vu team with 04 gold medals, 02 silver medals and 01 bronze medal. Standing at the third position was PTSC Quang Ngai with 03 gold medals, 06 silver medals and 05 bronze medals. The classification of the remaining teams in the order as follows: PVS, PTSC Da Nang, PTSC Hanoi, PTSC Quang Binh.

Golden medal of football belonged to PTSC Thanh Hoa with 10 points after 04 turns, silver medal belonged to PTSC Quang Ngai, and bronze medal belonged to PTSC Da Nang. Mr. Ho Ngoc Thien of PTSC Quang Ngai has won the title of best goalkeeper.

The first prize in tug of war belonged to PTSC Thanh Hoa, second prize belonged to PVS and third prize belonged to PTSC Quang Ngai.

For the table tennis, single men's first prize belonged to Mr. Quoc Buu from PTSC Quang Ngai, single women's first prize belonged to Mrs. Ngan Ha from PTSC Dinh Vu.

For the badminton, single men's first prize belonged to Mr. Huu Phuoc from PVS. The single women's first prize belonged to Le Minh from PTSC Quang Ngai. The couple men’s first prize belonged to Mr. Dinh Kien & Kiem Nghiep from PTSC Dinh Vu. The first prize for men and women belonged to the pair of athletes Mr. Kiem Nghiep and Mrs. Thanh Mai from PTSC Dinh Vu.

For the tennis, the first prize of men belonged to Mr. Thanh Son from PTSC Thanh Hoa. First prize for couple men belonged to Mr. Thanh Son & Trung Sam from PTSC Thanh Hoa.

PTSC’s Sports festival 2017 of the North - Central region is a useful playground for the physical and mental health of all the employees in Corporation, contributing to the improvement of work productivity, quality and efficiency in order to outstandingly complete the set out plans and tasks. The event also reaffirms PTSC's leading strength in the mass culture and sports movement. With the achievements and meaning mentioned above, PTSC’s Sports festival 2017 of the North - Central region have successfully ended.
