Program "Dialogue between PTSC’s leaders with the Youth Union", the preliminary Conference midterm 2017-2022, deploying Youth Union tasks and movement in 2019

On 11^th January 2020, PTSC’s Youth Union held the Meeting program, dialogue between leaders of the company with young members, Preliminary Conference midterm 2017-2022 to summarize the Youth Union tasks and Youth movement in 2019 and implement work program in 2020.

Attending the Conference were representatives of Ms. Vu Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Central Executive - Secretary of PTSC’s Board Youth Union; Mr. Phan Thanh Tung – Secretary of Party Committee – Chairman of PTSC’s Board of Directors; Mr. Le Manh Cuong – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee –President and CEO of PTSC; Mr. Nguyen Huu Hai – Standing Deputy of Secretary Party Committee – Deputy Vice President of PTSC; and other leaders of PTSC as well as 150 representative employees of PTSC.

The Dialogue between the Corporation's leaders and the youth is lively, open and effective. On behalf of the Corporation, Mr. Phan Thanh Tung and Mr. Le Manh Cuong shared and answered questions and thoughts as well as oriented and advised the knowledge and skills that Youth union members and the workers as well need to improve themselves to successfully complete the assigned tasks. At the program, Youth union members of the Corporation paid special attention and raised many questions about the topic of production and business activities, as well as about PTSC's cultural traditions, training of skill and spirit, self-improvement and strive for stand in the ranks of the Party.

In the last half of the 2017-2022 term, Youth Union has achieved some outstanding achievements as follows.

Doing a good job of political education, thought, traditional education, learning and following HCM’s thoughts, ethnics, lifestyle.
The Group has 177 youth projects that registered levels of implementation and recognized benefit tens of billion units.
The number of topics, initiatives, creative ideas amounted to 430 initiatives by Youth Union member’s contributions.
Having 06 excellent members who were praised and rewarded by Central Committee of Youth Union; 12 projects and innovative products which were praised by the Cooperation.
Youth Union members of PTSC has supported and joined for 7 Charity Houses’ contribution and reparation.

After nearly 3 years of implementing the Resolution, although facing many difficulties and challenges, with the high spirit, volunteer of youth, the Youth Union units of the Corporation has renewed the marketing innovation, gradually removing the difficulties, applying of information technology in the operation to find the best solutions for implementation promotion of works to improving productivity, quality of work, creating positive changes in the work on the Union. The common achievements of the youth units in the Corporation during the past half of the term have continuing to be an important foundation to promote the development of the Corporation's Youth Union organization in the coming time.

Also at the Conference, Youth Union of PTSC has given the Merit of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to 03 groups and 03 individuals; awarded certificates of merit of the Central Business Division to 03 groups and 05 individuals with outstanding achievements in the Youth Union and Youth movement in 2018. Awarding certificates of merit of the Standing Committee Board to 19 groups and 25 individuals who have outstanding achievements in Youth Union and Youth movement in 2019.
