PetroVietnam Labor Union: The campaign “Leaning and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example” has achieved great results

In each program, the Executive board builds a specific, detailed content for each year, each quarter, even for each month. It can be said that over the past 20 years of formation and development, PetroVietnam Labor Union has developed a comprehensive program of activities, reflects intellectual, effort and holiness that all members of the Executive Committee and the Trade Union at all levels expressed their satisfaction.

In each phase of the campaign, the PetroVietnam Labor Union received the leadership and direction not only wisdom but also responsibility and details from the Party Standing Committee.

Looking back to the first year of implementing the campaign, many union officials were confused, especially about the content. Many discussions have been held to discuss how to conduct the campaign? Many comments that the topic of the campaign is clear, it is learning and follow Uncle Ho's morals, so no need to discuss? Finally, the PetroVietnam Labor Union has put forward opinion of the campaign is no need abstract content to take more time to understand and define. It is the education for every member of the PetroVietnam Labor Union to live and work better today than yesterday and tomorrow strive better than today. It means not only training qualities, ethics, lifestyle each day but also by the effectiveness of each day.Virtuous life must be expressed day by day, in every hour in labor, production, business, in learning, in combat and in the relationship between man and man, between peers, PetroVietnam with other businesses and with the Fatherland, with the people.

As Uncle Ho taught: "The cadre and party members are both leaders and loyal servants of the people." This is the unique viewpoint of President Ho Chi Minh compared with the leaders of the Communist Party in the world when talking about cadres, party members (in Uncle Ho’s Will also reiterated this viewpoint). From that awareness, after implement the campaign, look back and affirm the wisdom of the cadre of the PetroVietnam Labor Union. Accordingly, the campaign has been implemented with great results and pride in the first year, creating a prerequisite for the next years to go into order, promote the strength of the union members. The result is expressed in all areas, but because of the framework of the article I briefly only the four main contents below.

The first: Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral example, unionist of the PetroVietnam Labor Union must overcome all obstacles to complete and fulfill the political tasks.

Second, study and follow the moral example of Ho Chi Minh, officials, members of PetroVietnam Union respond to the patriotic emulation movement.

Fourth, Learning and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example, Communist Youth Union’s member of PetroVietnam Labor Union were emulating in social security bussiness.
