PTSC Thanh Hoa’s development orientation in the period 2013 – 2017 to 2025

At the meeting, Mr. Le Van Nga - Director of PTSC Thanh Hoa reported the development plan in the period 2013 - 2017 and the orientation to 2025 according to the model of PTSC Quang Ngai, which clearly stated the importance of the development orientation to set up plans to implement services for Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Complex in construction and operation process. After the discussion, Mr Le Cu Tan –Vice President of PTSC gave a conclusion on PTSC Thanh Hoa 's development orientation to 2025 that would be divided into two phases:

            - Phase 1: From 2013 to 2017 (Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Complex in construction phase), PTSC Thanh Hoa needs to focus on four main types of services: Port Base Services; Mechanical and Construction Services; Maritime vessel services; Other services (services associated with Port Base and Project Support Services).   

PTSC Thanh Hoa is ready to receive equipment of Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Complex through Nghi Son Port          

To support PTSC Thanh Hoa develop in the period of 2013 - 2017 with the above orientation, PTSC has instructed to set up a group of specialists consisting of personnel of PTSC, personnel of competent and experienced branches and personnel of PTSC Thanh Hoa to study on the situations in NSRP to propose the policy, the investment plan, the development and expansion of services of PTSC and PTSC Thanh Hoa. At the same time, PTSC will give full support to PTSC Thanh Hoa to improve the technical capacity, human resource, systems, processes, experiences, information, datas to develop and enhance all services full filling the demand in the construction process.

            - Phase 2: From 2018 onwards (after the completion of construction and operation of Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Complex), PTSC Thanh Hoa will continue to maintain services mentioned in the phase 1 such as: Port Base Service; Maritime vessel Service; Petroleum Mechanical Services; Other services. PTSC will set up a consultancy team to assist PTSC Thanh Hoa in accessing and negotiating with Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Co., Ltd (NSRP) on the provision of the tugboat services and the port services in solid and liquid operation products.

With the orientation, support and favor provided by the Board of Directors of PTSC, PTSC Thanh Hoa will soon complete the development plan in the period 2013-2017 and the orientation to 2025 and submit this plan to PTSC to expand and develop all types of mentioned services of in order to increase the revenue, create jobs and income for employees, as well as to build PTSC Thanh Hoa sustainably under the direction of PTSC.
