PTSC Thanh Hoa Youth Union: Organize the 4th Youth Cup - Football Tournament in 2021

With the consent of the Party Committee, the Company's Director, on the afternoon of March 9, 2021 at PTSC Thanh Hoa Company's Sports Area, the Executive Committee of the Company's Youth Union held the opening of the football tournament - The Youth Cup for the 4^th time 2021. This is an activity of the Company's Youth Union to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931-March 26, 2021). Meantime, this is an opportunity to contribute to creating an atmosphere of excitement, youth, solidarity, improving the spirit of exchange and learn among the members, employees of the Company's departments; connect football passion, create a healthy playground for the Company's sports movement, it is also a place to exchange, learn and exchange experiences at work as well as in daily life; maintain and develop, promote the movement of exercise and sports.

Overview of the opening ceremony.

Participating in this tournament, there are 06 teams participating in the competition and are divided into 02 groups (3 teams each); The round-robin tables calculate points and select the top 2 teams of each group to compete in the Semi-Finals (Semi-final round: The winner of Group A meets the runner-up of group B, the runner-up of group A meets the winner of group B). The two winning teams in the semi-finals will enter the final match for the first and second prize; The two losing teams will compete each other for third place.

Among the 06 teams participating in this tournament came from the Company's Departments,  Project Team such as: Back Office; Port Management; Logistics team, Maritime Vessel service; OS (Operation Support); DMC (Daily Maintenance Contract).

Nguyen Thanh Thuan - Secretary of the Youth Union of the Company emphasized: The players participating in the competition promote the spirit of solidarity, compete honestly, show the noble sports spirit, create a distinctive character, cultural beauty in sports, giving the audience good balls and beautiful goals.

After the opening ceremony, there were 02 matches in the framework of Round 1 between 02 pairs with specific results as follows:

*        FC OFFICE 5 - 1   FC PORT BASE.
*        FC DMC      1 - 4   FC BDA LOGISTICS.

The 4th Youth Cup Football Tournament 2021 is scheduled to be held from March 9, 2021 to March 24, 2021 at 17:30 every Monday to Thursday at the Company Sports Area. The organizers will update the tournament results in the next newsletter.
