PTSC Youth Union organized successfully the activities to welcome 88 years of Ho Chi Minh’s Youth Association

From 30^th – 31^st March 2019, at Giang Dien Waterfall, Trang Bom district, Dong Nai Province, in the happy atmosphere of youngers with many activities to celebrate 88 years of Ho Chi Minh’s Youth Association, PTSC’s Youth Union organized the activities including “Team building program with the theme “Work hard, Play harder” with the workshop “17 Golden rules in group working of John Maxwell”, especially the contest “PTSC’s Got Talen 2019” and fire camp as well as social security activities.

The program had the attendance of 150 youth delegates representing for more than 2,500 youth members from 19 unions of PTSC. The slogan during the program is “Work hard, Play harder”.

In the morning of 30^th March 2019, Team building program started by the outdoor activities with group working skills. Four teams were divided and work together to overcome challenges of physical and mental strength

In the workshop “17 Golden rules in group working of John C. Maxwell”. PTSC’s Youth Union invited Phi.V. Nong – CEO of Phi &P, a well-known agency in training and consulting HR to share important rules in group working. Based the real experience and team building activities, Speaker Phi analyzed critical points affecting the success of group working and the skills and knowledge and some suggestions for PTSC’s Youth Union to apply into organization.

Workshop “17 Golden rule in group working”

PTSC’s Youth Union gave books “17 Golden rules in group working” attending the conference.

The program revised the tradition of Ho Chi Minh’s Youth Union through 88 years, especially “PTSC’s Got Talent” in 2019. There were 09 musical performances at Gala Dinner with the diversity of content and creativity to show the individual style and spirit “Word hard – Play harder” of PTSC’s Youth Union.

Leaders of PTSC gave awards to excellent performances

On 31^st March 2019, PTSC’s Youth Union also paid a visit and gave presents to Francis Shelter in Bac Son commune, Trang Bom district, Dong Nai Province, which is a place to receive and raise 200 disabilities and poor people in the area and its vicinities. This is a meaningful activity in Volunteer Youth Year 2019 of PTSC’s Youth Union. PTSC’s Youth Union gave presents including washing machine and necessary utilities with value of 20 million.
