PTSC 09 ship launching

On the morning of June 17, 2019 in Vung Tau, TRIYARDS HOLDING (SSY) and Strategic Marine (SMV) held the launching ceremony of PTSC 09 in the fleet including 7 tug boats and 1 high-speed vessel invested by PTSC to serve Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Plant (NSRP) under the service contract signed with NSRP. Previously, PTSC 07, PTSC 08, PTSC 11 and PTSC 12 have been launched, tested and handed over and successfully operated.

PTSC 09 ship has a length of 29 m; width 12 m; 5 m height; 55-ton Bollard pull; minimum speed of 10 knots; The ship is equipped with 2 main machines Cummins - USA with a total engine capacity of 5000 BHP; Nakashima nose propeller system - Japan. Vessels can operate on sea with Level II restrictions. The ship is newly supervised and decentralized by Vietnam Register (VR) and ABS Register. This is the ship with the largest capacity in PTSC's fleet serving NSRP.
