Contract Signing Ceremony between PTSC & PTSC Thanh Hoa Contract of Vessel management and Operation Service

On November 8th 2019 at PTSC Thanh Hoa’s Head Office, the ceremony of contract signing for the Contract of Vessel Management & Operation Service was held between PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) and PTSC Thanh Hoa Port Joint Stock Company (PTSC Thanh Hoa).

Attending the ceremony were representatives of PetroVietnam: Mr. Nguyen Hung Dung -PVN Vice General Director, PTSC: Mr. Phan Thanh Tung – Chairman, Mr. Nguyen Tran Toan – Deputy General Director, PTSC’s subsidiary representative and PTSC Thanh Hoa: Mr. Le Van Nga – Chari man, Mr. Pham Hung Phuong – Director, and Company employee.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tran Toan – Deputy General Director of PTSC emphasized this contract signing is the result of effective cooperation between PTSC and PTSC Thanh Hoa, as well as represented the high appreciation for PTSC Thanh Hoa’ outstanding achievement in term of substitute vessel operation for Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Plant.

PTSC believes that with the highest attention in the vessel management including personnel, training, procedures, health, safety and quality systems, PTSC Thanh Hoa shall continue to improve service quality and ensuring the effective, economic operation of newbuilt vessel fleet.
