PTSC THANH HOA HAS SUCCESSFULLY HELD ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS 2024: STRONG CHANGE – VALUABLE DEVELOPMENT

On 14th June, 2024, PTSC Thanh Hoa Technical Services Company (PTSC Thanh Hoa, Stock Code: PSN) has successfully held Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024.

With the slogan “Change for chances”, 2023 is considered as a starting year for new directions, strongly striving with the vision of developing PTSC Thanh Hoa to become a center for manufacturing oversize and overweight modules in large scale, an important connection in the field of offshore renewable energy.

In 2023, by the attention and leadership of PTSC, BOD of PTSC Thanh Hoa has put forward timely management plans. The implementation of the Executive Board has been carried out resolutely and effectively. PTSC Thanh Hoa has taken the advantages and overcome the challenges to achieve successes. In terms of production and business results, revenue in 2023 has reached VND 1,038.16 billion, reaching 94.38% of annual plan; Profit after tax reached VND 40.14 billion, reaching 100.35% of annual plan. Regarding investment in 2023, in order to meet the planned strategic vision, PTSC Thanh Hoa has invested in infrastructure in the mechanical yard area, automation machinery system and office building for operation. The total investment amount is up to 170.67 billion VND, reaching 37.05% of annual plan. Consistent with the set goals, in 2024, PTSC Thanh Hoa has set out the tasks of master planning the port area, strongly restructuring the mechanical workshop and Port Operation Department, and improving production capacity.

At the General Meeting, by consulting shareholders, the Congress elected an additional member of the BOD for the 2024-2029 term. Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Khac Dung became a Member of the BOD of PTSC Thanh Hoa. In addition, after discussion, shareholders approved all the contents presented at the Congress with a high consensus rate, including the profit distribution plan in 2024, implementing cash dividends at a rate of 4% of charter capital (equivalent to 41.83% of distributed profits in 2024).

Delivering a speech at the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Ngoc - Member of BOD of PTSC acknowledged the efforts of PTSC Thanh Hoa in 2023, a year marking a strong change with the spirit of dealing with difficulties, accepting challenges to take opportunities. At the General Meeting, Mr. Nguyen Tran Toan – Vice President, Chairman of Trade Union of PTSC also affirmed the Corporation's companionship with PTSC Thanh Hoa to maximally resolve existing issues and difficulties ahead, developing PTSC Thanh Hoa in accordance with PTSC's orientation.

On the same day, PTSC Thanh Hoa held an inauguration ceremony for the office building project to serve the operation and expansion of Nghi Son port. The investment and putting into use of the office building has demonstrated the efforts and determination to innovate, develop production and business as well as improve and enhance working and living conditions for PTSC Thanh Hoa employees.
