PTSC Thanh Hoa Organizes 2026 Employee Dialogue Series Across Business Units

Throughout June 2026, PTSC Thanh Hoa organized a series of face-to-face employee dialogue sessions across its four service divisions: Marine Services, Port Base & Logistics Services, Mechanical Services, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Services. The initiative was designed to strengthen communication between employees and management while reinforcing the role of open dialogue in fostering a transparent, collaborative, and effective workplace.

Conducted in an open and constructive spirit, the dialogue sessions provided employees with an opportunity to share their perspectives, voice concerns, and propose initiatives to improve working conditions, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to the Company's sustainable development. A wide range of practical topics—including employee benefits, workplace conditions, management practices, and employee well-being initiatives—were openly discussed during the sessions.
During the dialogue sessions, the Company's Management listened carefully to employees' feedback and recommendations, providing timely responses to matters within their authority. For issues requiring further review, the Management also committed to conducting comprehensive assessments and implementing appropriate solutions in due course.
The dialogue sessions were held in an atmosphere of openness, mutual respect, and constructive engagement, reflecting a strong sense of trust and alignment between employees and management. The initiative further strengthened internal cohesion, reinforced employees' confidence, and encouraged them to continue contributing to PTSC Thanh Hoa's sustainable growth.
