PVN organized the 13th conference Safety – Health – Environment

On the morning of 15^th March, in Vung Tau city, PVN organized the 13^th Safety – Health – Environment Conference

Attending the conference, there were attendances of PVN’s leaders: Mr. Thanh.S.Tran – PVN’s Chairman; Mr. Son.V.Đ – Member of PVN’s Board Council; Mr. Hung. M. Le – PVN’s Vice General Manager, Vietnam Environment Administration, National Committee for Search and Rescue, leaders and executives of oil and gas companies.

Opening the conference, Mr. Thanh. S.Tran highly appreciated the importance of HSE and emphasized to exchange information, experience on organizing and managing HSE as well as difficulties during the implementation of HSE in companies, enhancing the skills and knowledge on HSE for employees.

Besides, he also wanted that all delegates would honestly tell about things not done to build up and complete the procedures, protocol to improve the quality of HSE in 2019 and the following years.

At the conference, Mr. Thanh. H. Le – Head of Environment Technology of PVN reported HSE activities in 2018 and plans in 2019. Afterwards, in the part of discussion, delegates received subsidiaries of PTSC shared learning lessons, difficulties during the implementation of HSE.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Luong. V.Tran – Director of Industrial Safety Techniques and Environment Agency highly evaluated HSE activities and the cooperation of PVN as well as comments of delegated at the conference. He also emphasized: PVN and its subsidiaries have to upgrade HSE Management System; enhancing the inspection, supervision, ensuring safety work, and technical solutions to limit the risks.

With the efforts and results gained, there were 39 companies and 55 individuals that received merits from PVN for excellent achievements in Heath – Hygiene – Explosion Protection in the past years.
