Office PTSC Thanh Hóa/ Yard PTSC Thanh Hóa

Master / bachelor degree in mechanical engineering,chemical process equipment, petrochemical or technical degree equivalent

Fluency in reading, writing, speaking English. To prefer TOEIC 500 and above or equivalent.

PC skill: AutoCAD, Proficient in MS Office (can use Pivot and Vlook up/ HLook up in Excel for Reporting),...;

Can use the Primavera P6 software (or Microsoft project software) to control the Project;

Electronic presentation programs

• The candidate at least 05 years’ experience in Heavy/ Petrochemical Industrial and Oil and Gas with a background in Planning work.
• Skill: Leadership; Time managerment; Working under hight pressure...
• Can read and material take off from drawing.
• Knowledge construction sequence of EPC project;
• Calculate the construction norms for each activity (or base on the Ministry of Construction norms);
• Issue work schedule, mobilization schedule for EPC project;
• Reporting skills;
• Positive “can do” attitude & strong work ethic.
• Flexible working schedule to support project needs
• Knowledge of safe work practices
• Leadership and management skills required
• Skill problem solving required

Can be working in PTSC TH’s office, HCM, Vung Tau..

Develop and implement best practices for project scheduling.

Issue mobilization schedule for project

Carryout the works activities relevant to job bidding

Develop work schedule level 3 or more detail from work schedule for bidding;

Create the tools to control the progress of project;

Review and approve project schedules submitted by subcontractors.

Receive information from the project team and update the actual progress of project;

Analyze and evaluate the factors that adversely affect to the project progress and inform to Projects Construction Manager/ Project Site Manager;

Coordinate with project team to forecast completion time for delay activities and create catch up plan for project;

Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.

Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates.

Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders.

Support the development of project management tools and systems.

Create periodic reports such as daily report, weekly report, monthly. report or other report if required from Management;

Coordinate with construction team to record & built the norm for works construction.
