Education / Professional Experience:

Education Level: Bachelor/ Engineer degree

Major Level: Commercial/ Mechanical or related field.

Experiences and knowledges:

Experience in Oil & Gas Industrial, Heavy/ Petrochemical Industrial or Related Industries: At least 05 years

Experience in purchase at EPC project. At least 03 years as Procurement Leader

Must have experience in work with oversea, domestic purchase.

Experience and full knowledge of bid for  Oil & Gas Industrial, Heavy/ Petrochemical Industrial or Related Industries.

Software: Proficient using office (word, excel, power point,…)

English skills: Fluency in reading, writing and speaking (TOECI 500 or other equivalent Certificate)

Responsible for issues related to TMHĐ with the Corporation, Suppliers/Subcontractors performing the Project's work; performing the procurement work, hiring Subcontractors to serve the Project's construction (excluding the procurement area for Project administrative services).

Develop a plan for purchasing/hiring Subcontractors for the Project and submit it to the Project Director for approval;

Prepare and sign proposals related to TMHĐ to submit to the Project Director (within the scope of authorization) for approval;

Prepare a unified payment and settlement file form with the parties for implementation; sign acceptance files, payment files with the Investor, with Suppliers/Subcontractors;

Advise the Project Director on contents related to TMHĐ, etc. during the implementation process;

Report work directly to the Project Director.
