The PTSC Thanh Hoa Technical Services Joint Stock Company (abbreviated as PTSC Thanh Hoa) is currently recruiting for the position of QA/QC MANAGER with the following details:

Job Requirements

University degree in engineering: mechanical engineering, welding technology,chemical process equipment, petrochemical or equivalent;

Proficient in English, with the ability to read and understand technical drawings and documents in English, and prepare technical documents in English.

PC skill: AutoCAD, Proficient in MS Office (can use Pivot and Vlook up/ HLook up in Excel for Reporting), Navisworks Review...;

At least 5 years of professional working experience in QA/QC.

At least 3 years experience in QA/QC Manager.

Familiar with AWS, ASME,ISO EN, API… (Welding standards)

Possession of an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certificate is an advantage.

Have Certificate for QC Inspector as CWI, CSWIP…or equivalent

Construction practice certificate issued by the Ministry of Construction is an advantage.

Experience in a similar position in an EPC project;

Skill: Leadership; Time managerment; Working under hight pressure...

Job Description

General control of quality in projects, including but not limited to the following as below:

Ensuring operating procedures meet quality criteria by planning inspections, conducting inspections, and monitoring issues.

Addressing quality-related anomalies promptly, discussing with project leadership to devise improvement and prevention measures to avoid recurrence.

Participate in contract reviews;

Assist PM to establish the QAQC team;

Review contracts specifications and produce a Project Quality Plan;

Produce an Inspection & Test Plan and ensure the plan is properly implementing;

Coordinate all Quality Assurance activities and the ongoing review the Quality System at the Fabrication Site;

Ensure that the Quality System meets requirements established in the Quality Manual;

Maintain an Audit Schedule for the Fabrication and Integration at site;

Monitor 'As-Built' documentation ensuring it is progressively cleared;

Maintain Project Non-Conformance log and ensure timely close-out;

Ensuring that any corrective actions identified are cleared in a timely manner;

Audit for Project when required by contract;

Review Reports and Status;

Monitor fabrication operations ensuring compliance to specification;

Monitor Quality Control operations ensuring compliance to specification;

Monitor/ coordinate Quality activities with Production Team;

Be responsible for Health and Safety of himself/his team and his controlling properties;

Guiding and developing WPS/PQR and welder certifications.

Control NDT work and the weld repair rate of welders.

Participating in the preparation of bidding documents.

Control and compiling the project completion documentation and hand over.
