The Party Committee of PTSC fulfilled the targets and plans in the first 9 months of 2019

On Oct 28^th, 2019 at PTSC Petroleum Hotel - Vung Tau City, the Party Committee of PTSC organized an "Expansion Meeting of the Party Committee & Preliminary review of the work for 9 months of 2019.

Mr. Cuong – CEO & President of PTSC reported on the business and production activities in the first 9 months in the year 2019 as well as the plans and mission in the last 3 months. Production and business in the first 9 months of 2019 with the consolidated revenue is estimated at 13 trillion VND, reaching 143% of the plan for the first 9 months of 2019, equal to 100% of the year plan, up 12% compared to the implementation in the same period last year; The estimated consolidated profit before tax is VND 790 billion, reaching 161% of the first 9 months of 2019 plan, equal to 113% of the year plan, equivalent to the same period last year.

The Party Congress and Party Cells carry out 4 contents: (1) Summarize the implementation of the Resolution of Party Congress and Party Cells for the term 2015 - 2020 and determine the direction, goals, tasks and solutions of the tasks. period 2020 - 2025; (2) Discuss and contribute ideas to the draft documents of the XIII Congress of the Party and documents of the immediate higher Party Congress; (3) Elect the Party Executive Committee, Party Cell for the term 2020 - 2025; (4) Elect a delegation to the upper Party Congress. For the Party Cells under the grassroots Party Committee (2-year term of the Congress).

Về công tác chuẩn bị Đại hội Đảng bộ các cấp tiến tới Đại hội đại biểu Đảng bộ Tổng công ty PTSC lần thứ VII, nhiệm kỳ 2020-2025, đồng chí Bí thư Đảng ủy Tổng công ty yêu cầu các Đảng ủy, Chi ủy trực thuộc tổ chức quán triệt và thực hiện nghiêm túc chỉ thị số 35-CT/TW của Bộ Chính trị và kế hoạch của Đảng ủy Tập đoàn, kế hoạch của Đảng ủy Tổng công ty; phải xác định việc tổ chức Đại hội Đảng bộ, Chi bộ nhiệm kỳ 2020-2025 là nhiệm vụ trọng tâm, quan trọng cần lãnh đạo, chỉ đạo thực hiện trong những tháng cuối năm 2019 và đầu năm 2020.

Đại hội Đảng bộ, Chi bộ thực hiện 4 nội dung: (1) Tổng kết thực hiện Nghị quyết Đại hội Đảng bộ, Chi bộ nhiệm kỳ 2015 – 2020 và xác định phương hướng, mục tiêu, nhiệm vụ, giải pháp của nhiệm kỳ 2020 – 2025; (2) Thảo luận, đóng góp ý kiến vào dự thảo các văn kiện Đại hội XIII của Đảng và văn kiện Đại hội Đảng bộ cấp trên trực tiếp; (3) Bầu Ban Chấp hành Đảng bộ, Chi bộ nhiệm kỳ 2020 – 2025; (4) Bầu đoàn đại biểu dự Đại hội Đảng bộ cấp trên. Đối với các Chi bộ trực thuộc Đảng uỷ cơ sở (nhiệm kỳ Đại hội 5 năm 2 lần).

Đại hội Đảng bộ Tổng công ty không diễn ra quá 2 ngày, hoàn thành trước 30/6/2020. Đại hội Đảng bộ, Chi bộ cơ sở trực thuộc Đảng bộ Tổng công ty không quá 1 ngày, hoàn thành trước 30/4/2020.
