Formed in 2013, the field of Mechanical Engineering - Industrial Oil and Gas is one of the 4 key fields of PTSC Thanh Hoa. With outstanding advantages, PTSC Thanh Hoa has been affirming its position in both fields: manufacturing and installation. PTSC Thanh Hoa aims to build and develop a center for manufacturing super-long and super-heavy structures, which is an important link in offshore Renewable Energy projects.

Infrastructure and equipment are invested carefully and synchronously
PTSC Thanh Hoa owns a 22-hectare manufacturing factory next to the seaport, with a manufacturing capacity of up to 5,000 tons of converted structures/month.
Fully equipped with synchronous equipment with main products in the fields of petrochemical refining, chemicals, electric energy, water transport, and seaports with the following main equipment:
- Steel structure, lifting equipment structure, cargo hatch cover structure.
- Heat exchange equipment such as Reheater, Economizer, Heat Exchanger, Fired Heater, Reformer.
- Pressure tank equipment, Ammonia low temperature tank.
- Beams and block structures with super long and super heavy weights.
- Manufacturing pipe spools, thick pipes, stainless pipes, alloys...
- Module assembly complex.
PTSC Thanh Hoa owns and co-owns lifting and transportation equipment for installation work such as crawler cranes with lifting capacity of 650 tons, 250 tons, 100 tons, wheeled cranes with lifting capacity of 120 tons, 50 tons , 30 tons, forklifts, forklifts with capacity of 12 tons, 10 tons, 5 tons... equipped with synchronous tools and equipment such as hoists, hydraulic jacks, bolt tightening machines, testing equipment pressure, scaffolding...

PTSC Thanh Hoa has a team of design, procurement, construction, installation, pre-commissioning, and testing.
The staff has successfully implemented EPC construction and installation projects for the fields of petrochemical refining, storage, and industrial plants.
Resources with mature experience from Oil & Gas projects with high requirements for safety, quality, and progress at an international level.
- Project management team: more than 30 people
- Design team: 20 people (in the fields of piping structure, electricity, control, construction)
- Quality safety team: 15 people
- QA/AC quality management: 20 people
