Establishment and development of PTSC Thanh Hoa

PTSC Thanh Hoa Technical Services Company (hereby PTSC Thanh Hoa) is a subsidiary of PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC). PTSC Thanh Hoa has been established since November 2009, based on the handover of Nghi Son port from Thanh Hoa People's Committee to PTSC. On 1^st January 2011, PTSC Thanh Hoa was transferred into Joint stock company model with chartered capital of 400 billion VND pursuant to Decision 346/QĐ-DVKT-HĐQT dated 17^th December 2010 of the Board of Directors of PTSC, of which PTSC holds 54,69% of its charter capital. PTSC Thanh Hoa’s stock have been registered for trading on UpCoM on 29^th June 2017 with PSN code.

PTSC Thanh Hoa’s main services include:

     1. Port Operation & Logistics Services.

     2. Mechanical Services for Industrial, Plants.

     3. Maritime Vessel Services.     

    4. Operation and Maintenance Services.

PTSC Thanh Hoa owns an infrastructure system which is synchronously invested with deep-water port - a convenient geographical location for sea and road transportation connecting Nghi Son Economic Zone in Thanh Hoa province and Dong Hoi industrial zone in Nghe An province; Besides, PTSC Thanh Hoa possesses modern equipment system which could receive 70,000 DWT vessels off load, and bonded warehouse system and warehouses with the area up to 7,000 m² ; container yard with the area up to 12,000m², storage yards with the area up to 60,000 m², mechanical workshops, automatic paint workshop, fabrication workshop up to 15,000 m², fleet of 09 specialized maritime vessels including tugboats, hose handling boats, diving boat, guard boat. In addition, PTSC Thanh Hoa personnel have professional qualifications, technical skills as well as high soft skills and experience. They have been trained in the international business environment and certified by the world's leading registry company in safety and quality. They have been valuable assets and resources contributing to the development of PTSC Thanh Hoa

PTSC Thanh Hoa has successfully implemented many packages in Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Project (hereby NSRP) such as: Onshore Forwarding Package – providing customs declaration services, transportation and delivery cargoes for NSRP;  Temporary Jetty Operation Package- Supporting JGCS in temporary jetty operation to receive heavy transportation vessels of NSRP; providing Locality Agent Service (Sub-Agent) services; Load in/load out package and storing 35km offshore pipeline; Installation of underground piping system package; GRP/GRV/GRE Package; Fabrication and installation of SMP9 pipe spool package, Pipes spool painting package, SMP8 pipe support package - Painting  and Wrapping Piping; Manpower Supply;  Fabrication Pile connection of NSRP Jetty package
