Nghi Son Women Football Open Cup I 2018

On 7^th June 2018, Nghi Son Women Football Open Cup I 2018 was held with the attendance of four teams in Nghi Son area: PTSC Thanh Hoa, A Chau Bank (ACB), JSC Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank), Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical LLC (NSRP).

“Opening ceremony”.

Four teams were divided into two matches. The winner of each match would play against the other in the final match. Finally, ACB and PTSC Thanh Hoa took part in the final match. The match was extremely competitive and both teams drew in two main halves. The teams had to take penalty afterwards and the winner was ACB.

This is the first time a women football cup has been held in Nghi Son, contributing to the movement of playing sports of women, creating meaningful activities, giving chances to make friends. The organizing team also hopes that the league will become annual activity for companies in Nghi Son area and Thanh Hoa.
