30th anniversary of GPTS's establishment

On 18/05/2019 in Hai Phong City, PetroVietnam Technical Services Joint Stock Corporation (PTSC Corporation) had successfully organized the meeting program on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of GPTS's establishment. The program aims to review the 30-year history of construction and development with many difficulties and challenges, thereby, PTSC wants to show the recognition and gratitude of the previous generation that contributed to the success of PTSC Corporation as today.

Attending the meeting, PTSC was honored to welcome: Mr. Nguyen Hung Dung - Member of the Board Memember of the Group, Former General Director of PTSC; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Nham - Former General Director of PetroVietnam, Former General Director of PTSC, Former Director of GPTS ; Mr. Nguyen Quang Thuong - Former General Director of PTSC; Mr. Le Minh Hong - Former Deputy General Director of the Group, former Chairman of the Board of PTSC; Mr. Dang The Huong - Former Chairman of PTSC's Board of Directors; Mr. Thai Quoc Hiep - Former Secretary of Party Committee, Former Chairman of PTSC's Board of Directors; Mr. Leu Minh Tien - Former Secretary of Party Committee of PTSC and the Mr. / Mrs.  are the former leaders of PTSC over the periods, former leaders of GPTS , and the leaders of the Head Office, Branch Office in Hai Phong, Vung Tau, the captain, Chief Engineer of Binh Minh Ship, GPTS Ship belonging to GPTS Company and Leaders of Subsidiary directly under the Group.

On the side of PTSC Corporation, there were the attendance of: Mr. Phan Thanh Tung - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Corporation, Mr. Le Manh Cuong - Deputy Secretary of Party Committee, General Director of the Corporation and Mr. / Mrs. is in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Board of Management, the Board of Directors, the Head of the Supervisory Board, the Standing Committee of the Union, the Chairman of the Veterans' Association, Secretary of the Youth Union of the Corporation, Head of the Boards / Offices of the Corporation, Director of member units / directly under the Corporation.

GPTS is the precursor of PTSC, established under Decision No. 195 / TC-DK dated March 22, 1989 of the General Department of Petroleum with the main task of deploying geophysics and services specialized in oil and gas. Born in conditions of facilities and extremely difficult actual conditions, but with the spirit of creative and untiring of the employees, along with the enthusiasm and overcoming difficulties and close guidance of the Board of Directors of the Company in the period of 1989-1993, GPTS has gradually overcome difficulties, to stabilize and develop specialized petroleum technical services. GPTS together with PetroVietnam Service Company (PSC) has made a historic turning point, a solid foundation and a premise for the establishment of PetroVietnam Technical Services and PTSC Corporation today has become one of the leading brands of the oil and gas engineering service industry, affirming its capability, prestige, position and brand in the domestic and international markets.

Throughout the Anniversary Program, the attendees were very touched and honored to look back at the film about the process of establishment and development of GPTS in the period of 1989 - 1993 and to hear the speech and sharing of the former leaders of GPTS over the ages, reviewing the embryonic process of petroleum engineering services with so many ups and downs to reach today's success.

On behalf of PTSC, Mr. Le Manh Cuong - General Director expressed his gratitude for the valuable contribution of the previous leaders and employees through the periods of laying foundation, building and contributing to the development of PTSC Corporation as well as the traditional education for the younger generation to inherit, promote the good tradition of his father generation and continue to affirm the leading position in the field of providing good services High quality petroleum art in Vietnam. On behalf of all employees of PTSC Corporation, the Board of Directors of PTSC Corporation sent to representatives of the former GPTS leaders with fresh flowers.

Program meeting face to celebrate 30 years of establishment of GPTS Company has closed in a warm atmosphere, meaning with the belief that PTSC Corporation will reach out and develop sustainably.
