Announcement election of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Director of PTSC Thanh Hoa Port Joint Stock company

On 27^th September 2017, PTSC Thanh Hoa Port Joint Stock Company officially held the ceremony to announce the election of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Director of PTSC Thanh Hoa.

Joining the ceremony were Mr. Thai Quoc Hiep - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PTSC, Mr. Nguyen Tran Toan – Vice President of PTSC; On behalf of PTSC Thanh Hoa had the participation of members of the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board and staffs.

At the ceremony, with the authorization of the Board of Directors, Mr. Do Tien Cong - Deputy Manager of Administration Department announced the decision to elect Mr. Le Van Nga to be Chairman of the Board of Directors of PTSC Thanh Hoa and appointed Mr. Pham Hung Phuong to hold the position of Director of PTSC Thanh Hoa.

Mr. Thai Quoc Hiep - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Tran Toan – Vice Presedent and the members of the Board of Directors of PTSC Thanh Hoa Company gave the decision appointment of Chairman of  Director to Mr. Le Van Nga

At the ceremony, Mr. Le Van Nga, Chairman of the Board of Directors, expressed his sincere thanks for the support of the Management Board, the trust of Mr. Nguyen Tran Toan, Board of Directors and all staffs of PTSC Thanh Hoa. As the new Chairman, he pledged that he and the management board will keep the approved orientation and strategy and build the plan in the coming time in order to maintain the traditional market and develop the potential markets to maintain PTSC culture, stable employment and income, preserve and develop capital.

Mr. Pham Hung Phuong, born in 1974, is an economics bachelor, Master of Business Administration. Mr. Pham Hung Phuong has over 16 years of working experience in PTSC including nearly 7 years with PTSC Thanh Hoa as a member of Board of Directors and Deputy Director.

Mr. Thai Quoc Hiep - Chairman of the Board of Directors of PTSC, Mr. Nguyen Tran Toan - Vice President of PTSC with the Board of Directors of PTSC Thanh Hoa company gave the decision appointment of Director to Mr. Pham Hung Phuong.

In the new position, Mr. Pham Hung Phuong has shared the development orientation of the company as well as the specific tasks to be implemented in the coming time. The new Director promised to create the best working environment, treatment policy and development opportunities for the employees so that they can make long-term dedication to PTSC Thanh Hoa and wished to receive the support of the Management Board and all employees to build the house of PTSC Thanh Hoa is growing day by day.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tran Toan - Chairman of Labor Union of PTSC, Vice President of PTSC, congratulated Mr. Le Van Nga - New Chairman and Mr. Pham Hung Phuong - New Director. Mr. Nguyen Tran Toan believed that with the enthusiasm of the new Chairman and the new Director will together with the PTSC Thanh Hoa's leaders continue to promote the good existed traditions, together with the staffs continue to build PTSC Thanh Hoa become a strong unit of PTSC.

On behalf of the Management Board of PTSC, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PTSC, Mr. Thai Quoc Hiep shared his congratulations to the new Chairman Mr. Le Van Nga and the new Director Mr.  Pham Hung Phuong in the new position. Mr. Thai Quoc Hiep believed and hoped that the new Chairman and the new director would try their hardest, fulfill the assigned tasks, build the company more and more develop and affirm the prestigious brand as well as the position of PTSC Thanh Hoa. He also sent his encourage to all staffs continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and join together to accomplish all assigned tasks as well as build the PTSC Thanh Hoa and PTSC stably and sustainably.
