PTSC president & ceo works with PTSC Thanh Hoa: targeting vnd 2,000 billion in revenue for 2026

On 4^th Nov, 2025, Mr. Tran Ho Bac, President & CEO of PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC), led a delegation to visit and work with PTSC Thanh Hoa Technical Services Company. The visit focused on reviewing the company’s 2025 business performance, outlining the 2026 plan, and discussing strategic development directions for the coming years.

As part of the program, the delegation toured key operational areas, including PTSC Port, the Mechanical Workshop, and the Tugboat Fleet at the Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Plant.  At each location, the President & CEO and delegates were briefed on business operations, project progress, and upcoming development orientations—especially plans to expand port capacity and mechanical fabrication capabilities.

During the afternoon meeting, Mr. Pham Hung Phuong – Director of PTSC Thanh Hoa, presented business results for the first nine months of 2025 and the full-year forecast. Although revenue reached only VND 900 billion (61% of the annual target), the company has made effort to implement decisive measures to accelerate performance in the remaining months and strive to complete the assigned plan. For 2026, PTSC Thanh Hoa aims for double-digit growth, targeting over VND 1,650 billion in revenue, driven primarily by the mechanical services.

Looking toward 2030, PTSC Thanh Hoa reaffirmed its mission of “Aspiration to Serve”—delivering high-quality, practical, and eco-friendly technical services built on progressive mindset, constructive action, and inspirational leadership. The company envisions becoming PTSC’s key unit in industrial–energy services, pioneering innovation and global integration. This strategic vision is underpinned by PTSC’s four core values: Proactivity – Trust – Sustainability – Collaboration, along with eight guiding operational principles.

Delivering a speech at the meeting, Mr. Pham Van Hung – Vice President of PTSC, praised PTSC Thanh Hoa’s achievements, especially in the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) service, and emphasized two key priorities: ensuring stable employment and increasing profitability in core service areas.

Mr. Tran Hoai Nam – Vice President of PTSC, acknowledged the unit’s consistent growth in revenues, profits, and investments, noting that this reflects its proactive action and ambition in setting high performance targets.” He requested the unit to review and adjust its profit targets and salary funds, and to develop a high-quality “core team” for key services, with priority given to bidding packages that already have established unit prices and quotations. He also emphasized the importance of rigorous risk control in EPC mechanical fabrication—a promising yet highly competitive sector.

In his concluding remarks, Mr. Tran Ho Bac – President & CEO commended PTSC Thanh Hoa for its unity, ambition, and remarkable achievements throughout 16 years of establishment and development. He directed the company to pursue an ambitious goal of over VND 2,000 billion in revenue for 2026, restructure the organization toward scalable growth, strengthen governance and risk management, and enhance effective multi-functional investments. He also requested strong focus on four strategic projects: (i) The Port Operation & Integrated Oil and Gas Services Project in Nghi Son Economic Zone, (ii) The Mechanical – Maintenance Complex (9.33 ha), (iii) The Multi-functional Depot Area (50–60 ha), (iv) Strategic vehicles and equipment aligned with long-term development goals. He reaffirmed PTSC’s commitment to accompanying PTSC Thanh Hoa, expressing confidence that the unit will become a “standout contributor in PTSC’s value chain in the North Central region.”
