PTSC Quang Binh welcomes the vessel with tonnage more than 30,000 DWT

Up to the present, this is the biggest vessel that has ever docked at Hon La port. Wan Tai vessel will be at the port for 3 days to load the woodchips for Hao Hung Co., Ltd locating in Hon La industrial zone, Quang Binh province. Then it’s good will be exported to the other countries.

It is expected that in April 2013, Hon La port will receive two more vessels with a tonnage of 27,000 DWT and 10,000 DWT arriving to pick up goods.

Previously, Based on the Decision 1054/QĐ-CHHVN dated on 30^th November 2012 about the introduction of navigation channel Hon La for using to exploit effectively the infrastructure of seaports and navigable channels of the Vietnam Maritime Bureau (Vinamarine), PTSC Quang Binh held a meeting with the Authority of Quang Binh Port, the regional Navigator Company VI to produce the plan of organization that help vessels circulating safely and efficiently.

The port of Hon La can receive the big vessel safely for loading goods that has created a new premise for the development of the port in the future, this contributes to the beginning of raising the position of PTSC Quang Binh in the central region.

On this occasion, Mr. Hoang Tuan - Director of PTSC Quang Binh gave the souvenir flower to the captain of Wan Tai vessel and the authorities who have coordinated and assisted them in the successful reception of the vessel.
