PTSC Thanh Hoa Conducts Emergency Response Drill Integrating Fire-Fighting, Rescue Operations, Port Security And Oil Spill Response For 2026

To enhance responsibility, preparedness, and emergency response capabilities while strengthening employees' knowledge and skills in handling emergency situations, PTSC Thanh Hoa successfully conducted its 2026 Periodic Emergency Response Drill on 27–28 May 2026 at the Company's Port Base. The exercise was jointly organized by PTSC Thanh Hoa's Fire-Fighting and Rescue Team in coordination with the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Division of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, Thanh Hoa Maritime Port Authority, and the Nghi Son Port Border Guard Command.

The event was attended by representatives of the relevant authorities, including Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Quang, Deputy Head of the Regional Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Team under Thanh Hoa Provincial Police; Mr. Tran Quang Huy, Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Maritime Port Authority; Lieutenant Colonel Le Nhu Truong, Chief of Staff of the Nghi Son Port Border Guard Command. Representing PTSC Thanh Hoa were Mr. Nguyen Kim Dong, Head of the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Department and Head of the Drill Steering Committee, together with members of the Company's Fire-Fighting Team and employees.

Following two days of training and practical exercises, the drill successfully achieved all planned objectives and fully met the requirements set by the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Division of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police. The exercise further strengthened employees' safety awareness, emergency response capabilities, and readiness to respond effectively to potential incidents. More importantly, it reaffirmed PTSC Thanh Hoa's commitment to safeguarding lives, assets, and the environment while supporting the Company's sustainable development.
