PTSC Thanh Hoa Has Successfully Implemented Overhauling Of S1 Unit - Thai Binh 1 Thermal Power Plant

Recently, the project of Overhauling of S1 Unit at Thai Binh 1 Thermal Power Plant with the work items of inspection and maintenance of Steam Turbine Generator and auxiliary equipment has been successfully implemented by PTSC Thanh Hoa.

With extensive experience in implementing maintenance and repair of steam turbine for large power plants, PTSC Thanh Hoa undertakes overhauling of steam turbine for Thai Binh 1 Thermal Power Plant with a capacity of 300MW.

With the goal of completion of the project to ensure Safety, Quality, Progress, and meet Client’s requirements, despite the urgent time and high complexity, the whole employees of O&M Management Board of PTSC Thanh Hoa has made effort to organize and implement the project effectively and professionally with spirit of great determination.

During the implementation of project from October 14, 2024 to November 17, 2024 with a few of difficulties and challenges, the O&M Management Board has been positive and coordinated smoothly in the overhauling process. In addition, thanks to the support of Thai Binh 1 Thermal Power Plant and Soundton Client, eventually PTSC Thanh Hoa successfully completed the project and got project acceptance after a 72-hour continuous full-load power generation test run, according to schedule of the plant.

The success in completing overhauling of the turbine generator with capacity of 300MW and auxiliary equipment for the thermal power plant has marked an important milestone and affirmed the prestige, capacity and experience for PTSC Thanh Hoa to continue participating in maintenance and repair work for thermal power plants in the upcoming time.
