PTSC Thanh Hoa Holds The Launching Ceremony Of Workers’ Month And The Month Of Action On Occupational Safety And Hygiene In 2025

On the afternoon of 14^th May, 2025 at Mechanical Workshop, the Trade Union in collaboration with Management Board of PTSC Thanh Hoa Technical Services Company held the launching ceremony of Workers’ Month and the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene (OSH) in 2025. Attending the ceremony, there were the presence of Mr. Nguyen Ba Tuan – Deputy Director, Mr. Do Tien Cong – Chairman of the Trade Union and representatives from departments, organizations and employees of all divisions.

In his opening speech, Mr. Nguyen Kim Dong – Head of the Safety and Quality Department – presented the action plan for Workers’ Month and the OSH Action Month 2025 with key activities including: awareness campaigns, safe and efficient production competitions, innovation initiatives, effective safety training and drills, OSH inspections, occupational health care programs, and employee support and reward activities. All initiatives are implemented to be practical, effective, and aligned with actual working conditions, aiming to promote a culture of safety and the attention for workers, and to support the sustainable development of the company.

At the ceremony, Mr. Do Tien Cong extended his congratulations to all employees and called on union members and workers to proactively participate in the 2025 Workers’ Month and the OSH Action Month 2025
with a vibrant spirit of emulation, creative labor, strict adherence to safety regulations, enhancement of skills, and the proposal of improvement initiatives. He emphasized the main role of workers in sustainable development of PTSC Thanh Hoa and affirmed that the Trade Union would continue to support and protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees, making contribution to the Company’s growth.

All members of the Management Board and employees together chanted the slogan: “United in safe, efficient labor – determined to achieve 2025 successful targets!"

On behalf of Management Board, Mr. Nguyen Ba Tuan emphasized the significance of Workers’ Month and the OSH Action Month 2025 with two key themes: “Vietnamese workers pioneering into a new era” and “Strengthening risk identification, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene.” He affirmed that workers are the pioneering force in the era of digital transformation and extensive global integration. He also emphasized that safety must be regarded not only as a responsibility, but as a core cultural value and a prerequisite for sustainable development. The leadership of Company reaffirmed its commitment to improving working conditions, income, and development opportunities for employees with responsibility and innovation, PTSC Thanh Hoa’s workforce is expected to accompany the Company in achieving its strategic goals in the upcoming phases.

The launching ceremony of Workers’ Month and the OSH Action Month 2025 marked a powerful beginning for a series of meaningful upcoming activities. With the subject “Safety – Solidarity – Efficiency – Development”, the Management Board and all employees are united to develop PTSC Thanh Hoa sustainably, achieving successes in the years ahead.
