PTSC Thanh Hoa organized a review conference on the party committee and business activities, labor union activity in 2015 and labor conference in 2016

 The meeting was honored to welcome Mr. Nguyen Tran Toan –Vice President of PTSC, Vice Chairman of Labor Union of PTSC, Mr. Pham Van Dung - Member of the Board of Directors of PTSC, and other leaders of PTSC together with 102 participants as staffs, party members as well as delegated elites from divisions/ teams/workshop of PTSC Thanh Hoa.

     In 2015, the oil and gas industry was impacted by many adverse effects from political, social and economic unsustainability as well as the strongest decline in oil price for a long time. To cope with those difficulties of the industry, PTSC Thanh Hoa has thoroughly increased the dynamic, creative, professional and compassionate spirit at the beginning of the year.  PTSC Thanh Hoa also has taken advantages of all resources and opportunities to improve production development and expand the scope of activities.

Mr Le Van Nga – Secretary of the Party Committee , Director of PTSC Thanh Hoa reported the achievements in 2015 and the development strategy and missions in 2016

     In 2015, PTSC Thanh Hoa experienced a strong growth of petroleum mechanical and logistics services. These services have been in a logistic supply chain with Port Operation and Logistics service supplementing for each other. Therefore, the business and production results exceeded the target, in detail:

-         Business revenue is estimated at VND 680 billion, reaching 158% of the annual target increased by 135% compared to 2014.

-         Gross profit is estimated at VND 52.0 billion, reaching 257% of the target for 2015, up 290% compared to 2014.

-         Payment to State budget is VND 16 billion, reaching 127% of the target for 2015, increased 235% compared to 2014

-         The average income is VND 18.8 million/ person/month (compared to VND 10.6 million /person / month in 2014).

-         Social welfare: PTSC Thanh Hoa has actively participated in sponsoring medical and educational activities; visiting families, policy beneficiaries and the poor in Thanh Hoa province.

Mr. Pham Hung Phuong –Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee cum Deputy Director of PTSC Thanh Hoa delivered his speech on the final Party’s activities report in 2015 and orientations/tasks in 2016

     According to the plan of 2016 and next years, the conference affirmed to continue promoting marketing activities, expand market to maintain and develop core services: Port Operation service, Logistics, Mechanical and Construction service, Maritime Service Vessels. In addition, PTSC Thanh Hoa has continuously improved technique, rationalized production plans, reduced costs, and enhanced competitiveness as well as built a specialized competent team with high responsibility and professional skill. Moreover, the business culture and remuneration policies should be developed.

The Conference recognized and rewarded for individuals achievements in Party’s activities and business operation in 2015

     Mr. Nguyen Tran Toan- Vice President of PTSC praised and appreciated the achievements and efforts of the Board of Directors and PTSC Thanh Hoa’s collective labor. He also directed to continue to promote PTSC Thanh Hoa’s strengths, unity and efforts in the upcoming years. Regarding the activities of the Party Committee, the company should further promote the activities of the Party committee and affiliated branches, especially the activities of the Party associated with production and business work, solutions and strategies of production and business. In the coming time, the company shall intensify the movement activities regarding the union works, especially the cultural and sports program with the aim to win high prizes in PTSC’s Annual Sport Festivals organized in 2016. Concurrently, he stressed on the common difficulties in 2016 and the upcoming years, he suggested that the company should further improve its competitive capacity, positively and strong determine in winning bid packages during operation phase of NSRP. Simultaneously, he also focused on the education activities for employees to promptly understand, share difficulties and fluctuations so as to achieve business production targets in 2016.
