On 14^th Jun 2021, PTSC Thanh Hoa held a conference to implement decisions on strengthening organizational structure and personnel work.

Attending the Conference, there were comrades in the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board, the President of the Trade Union, the Secretary of the Youth Union, the Veterans' Association and the leaders of the Divisions/Factories and other official’s office department.

Addressing the implementation of consolidation and personnel work, Mr. Pham Hung Phuong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Company emphasized: "The restructuring of the whole Company in the direction of leanness, efficiency, and priority of high degree of specialization is essential. Through the arrangement and consolidation of the Company's organization and personnel, it will contribute to better ensuring the effective use of existing resources; increase the dynamism and autonomy of the management and administration apparatus; better promote the strength of the whole system as well as enhance the competitiveness of the Company in the new production and business situation.”
