PTSC Thanh Hoa won the Thanh Hoa League S3 in 2019

The football championship of TH league S3 in 2019 took place officially on Saturday every week from 12 October 2019 to 28 December 2019 at Hoi An Football Stadium – Lam Son ward –Thanh Hoa city.
