"PTSC Thanh hoa’s strong women" – aspiration, wisdom, and radiance

In the joyful atmosphere nationwide celebrating Vietnamese Women’s Day on 20^th Oct, PTSC Thanh Hoa organized a series of meaningful activities to honor and express gratitude to the female officers and staff who have been wholeheartedly đeicating to the company’s development.

Adding vibrant colors to a crisp autumn morning, PTSC Thanh Hoa’s women appeared graceful in their traditional “Ao dai”. The elegant women in “Ao dai” brought a refreshing charm, celebrating the gentle yet resilient beauty of PTSC Thanh Hoa’s women—flowers that bloom in every field, upholding the proud image of women in the Oil and Gas industry during the era of integration and growth.

In the afternoon, the teambuilding program themed “PTSC Thanh Hoa’s Strong Women” took place in an energetic and cheerful atmosphere. Speaking at the event, Mr. Vu Van Vuong – Deputy Director – extended his warmest congratulations to all PTSC Thanh Hoa female staff. He deeply acknowledged and appreciated their sense of responsibility, dedication, finesse, and remarkable strength demonstrated both at work and in life.
Mr. Do Tien Cong – Chairman of Trade Union – also expressed heartfelt gratitude, affirming that PTSC Thanh Hoa’s women are not only a steadfast support system but also a source of positive energy that spreads confidence, enthusiasm, and unity—contributing significantly to the company’s sustainable development.

Demonstrating teamwork, creativity, and collective strength, the teams overcame various physical challenges and group activities. The laughter, cheers, and shared moments created a meaningful festival day, where every participant felt inspired and deeply appreciated the value of solidarity. “Strong Women” is not only a message about women in general but also a tribute to PTSC Thanh Hoa’s women in the new era—women with aspirations to contribute, exceptional courage, compassion, and inspiration to motivate those around them.

As part of the activities celebrating Vietnamese Women’s Day, on 13^th Oct, 2025, PTSC Thanh Hoa successfully held the experiential workshop “Understanding and Managing Emotions.” The program offered meaningful moments, helping staff members gain deeper self-awareness and learn ways to balance emotions in both work and life. The workshop left strong impressions, spreading positive energy throughout the company.
