PVN aims to achieve the goals set for 2018

In 2018, PVN has fulfilled the goals for business and production in the first 09 months

Oil output reached 10.56 million tons in the first 9 months, exceeding 5.3% compared with the goals and 79.8% of the plan for 2018; Gas output in the first 9 months reached 7.61 billion m3, surpassing 6.8% (equivalent to 480 million m3 compared to 9 months) and equaling 79.3% of the year plan.

Oil and gas exploration and exploitation activities continue to be implemented as planned. Reserves have increased in 9 months reached 6 million tons of oil (the whole year plan is 10-15 million tons of oil).

Since April 20^th 2018, Dinh Vu Polyester Fiber Factory officially has started and re operated three spinning lines. In the first nine months of 2018, fiber production reached 1,145 tons.

PVN is concentrating on arranging, equitizing and divesting PVN’s enterprises in the period from 2017 to 2020.

On the issue of restructuring and divestment of PVN’s units: PVN has decreased from 23 offices to 15 offices and completed General Assembly of Shareholders 2018. PVN has completed the divestment of Petrovietnam Real Estate Joint Stock Company-SSG, Long Son Petroleum Company Limited (LSP).
