PetroVietnam voted for appointing member of Member’s council.

On the morning of May 3rd, PetroVietnam (PVN) held a conference of key officers to vote on the appointment of members of the Board of members. Attending the conference were representatives from Department of Organization and Personnel - Ministry of Industry and Trade, Party Committee of the Centrally-run Businesses’ Sector.

On behalf of PetroVietnam, there was Mr. Tran Sy Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Party Committee, Chairman of the Members’ council; Mr. Nguyen Vu Truong Son, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, CEO and President of PetroVietnam together with members of the Board of Management, Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, leaders of socio-political organizations, members in the executive committee of the Group's Party, the leaders of the member units, the leaders of the specialized departments/the office. The conference is held online at Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tran Sy Thanh informed the results of the meetings in accordance with procedures to appoint member of the Board of members. Finally, Mr Nguyen Hung Dung, Vice President of PetroVietnam was introduced to be member of the Board of members.

Head of Personnel Organization, Ms. Bui Thi Nguyet introduced the criteria of titles, resume and comments of group’s executives to Mr. Nguyen Hung Dung, Vice President of PVN.

Executives conducted vote of confidence

Vice President – Mr. Nguyen Hung Dung has given specific tasks and solutions to deal with the problems of the Group and its subsidiaries. He also committed to strive for the stable and sustainable development of the group by his experiences and intellectual strength.

Conference in Ho Chi Minh city

Mr. Nguyen Hung Dung would like to receive the support and coordination from executives, specialized department of the Group in the next time in order to complete his missions.
