PetroVietnam Youth has received many awards in the completion “Youth to the Party”

On August 19, the Central Standing Committee of the Central Business Division organized the review of 2019 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign; awarding the contest "Youth to the Party" and commending the typical Secretary of Central Youth Union in the 2017-2019 period. The Youth Union of Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam) received the certificate of merit for the unit with many activities in Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign in 2019, won 07 awards at the contest "Youth to the Party" and 02 comrades were commended the typical Secretary of the Youth Union.

Right from the beginning of Summer Campaign 2019, PetroVietnam’s Youth Union has fulfilled in directing and guiding Youth Union's organizations to register to carry out the youth work, enhancing productivity and brand performance of the enterprise; deploying the implementation of the work of young people doing Uncle Ho's teachings in 2019 to celebrate the "60 years of petroleum industry fulfilling Uncle Ho's wishes" with many ideas, good solutions, mastering public science technology in safe and efficient operation of modern equipment, production management, saving management costs, saving materials and materials at the Group's works, factories and projects.

Youth organizations have implemented many activities such as: teaching English, reviewing cultural subjects, organizing skills activities for students conducted by Petroleum University students (PVU) and Binh Ba commune (Chau Duc district, Ba Ria Vung Tau province); donating 80 boxes of tinned milk to poor pupils of Chau Ro ethnic group; repairing electrical systems for more than 25 policy households and families in difficult circumstances, which are organized by Youth Union of Vietsovpetro and PVFCCo; organize donations of used books to libraries of difficult schools and communes; Vietsovpetro presented 13 youth bookshelves to schools, commune libraries and cultural houses in the area; organized cleaning, lighting candles of gratitude at the historic site E33, giving gifts to families of war invalids, martyrs and policy families on July 27^th (31 gifts); 40 textbooks and school supplies for poor students; offered 400 new clothes to the people by PETROSETCO.

The organizing committee gave the second prize for Online completion “Youth to the Party” for 02 contestants.

On the occasion of the 72^nd anniversary of Vietnam War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2019), the Group also organized visits and gave gifts for Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, families. martyrs, people with meritorious services to the revolution in Anh Son district (Nghe An province), Tien Hai district and Vu Thu district (Thai Binh province); to organize the incense offering to martyrs at the "Vietnam - Laos martyrs cemetery" in Nghe An province; to organize the offering of incense to heroic martyrs at the Central Cemetery in Tien Hai district (Thai Binh province); organized visits and incense offering in the homeland of President Ho Chi Minh (Kim Lien, Nam Dan and Nghe An).

The organizing committee gave awards to consolation prizes.

PetroVietnam’s Youth Union has had honor to receive Merit for excellent achievement in Summer Camp 2019.

In addition, Youth of Dung Quat Ship Industrial Co has received Merit for Youth Work according to Uncle Ho’s Wish in 2019.

The organizing committee gave Merit to outstanding Secretaries.

On May 21, the Standing Committee of Central Business Division launched an online contest "Youth to the Party" in 2019, held within 20 days from 1- 20/7. The Group has well organized the promotion of officials, union members, youth and workers to participate in the contest and achieved high results with many awards.

Also in the program, the Standing Committee of Central Business Division held a Ceremony to commend the outstanding Secretary from 2017 to 2019.

The typical Secretary have been honored who are positive, enthusiastic, intellectual, ambitious, and possessed skills to gather young people, have achievements or contribute positively into presenting political tasks, production and business activities of units and enterprises
