THE SINGING CONTRACT CEREMONY OF NAM DNH VU CHEMICAL WAREHOUSE PROJECT

On 27^th Feb, 2025, in Hai Phong City, Nam Dinh Vu Unionchem Terminal and Consortium of PTSC Thanh Hoa – CECCO – PEC has held a signing contract of Nam Dinh Vu Chemical Warehouse Project. This event is the factor to promote the progress of project as well as open up opportunities for development and mark the important step in the strategic collaboration between parties.

Attending the ceremony, there were the presences by representatives i.e Mr. Lin, Yen-Kuan, Director of Nam Dinh Vu Unionchem Terminal Ltd – the Owner of project; Mr. Pham Hung Phuong, Director of PTSC Thanh Hoa – the leader unit of consortium, Mr. Luu Ngoc Vinh – Chairman of CECO and Mr. Luong Quang Hieu – Director of PEC, members of consortium. The ceremony of signing contract was witnessed by Mr. Le Hong Cam – Director of Hai Phong Port Services JSC under Sao Do Group, the representatives of Nam Dinh Vu Management Board of Industrial Park, where the project was constructed.

Under the contract, at the initial period of project, the consortium of PTSC Thanh Hoa – CECO – PEC will undertake the scope of work, including:  basic engineering, engineering of construction and carrying out related legal procedures, verifications. All parties made an agreement that Scope of work of P&C (Procurement & Construction) will be discussed and signed as addendum of contract at the completion of basic engineering phase.

Having a speech at ceremony, the representatives of the owner and consortium shared their insights on the project’s significance, acknowledge the collaboration between parties and made commitment of coordinating closely, utilizing the best human resources to ensure the project's timely execution and highest quality.

After the ceremony of signing, all parties conducted the survey at the construction area

Nam Dinh Vu Chemical Warehouse Project plays an important role in storage and distribution of chemicals at Northern Vietnam's key economic region. With thorough preparation and the highest determination of all parties, the entire board of project set the target to implement and complete the project on schedule, ensure quality, optimal efficiency, making contribution to the development of economy, society in region.
