PTSC won high prizes at Oil and Gas Sports Festival of the North in 2018

On the morning of August 25^th, at Cau Giay Stadium - Hanoi, the Opening Ceremony of Oil and Gas Culture Week and the Opening Ceremony of Oil and Gas Sports Festival of the North were held to celebrate the 73^rd anniversary of the August Revolution , National Day 2^nd September and 43^rd anniversary of the Founding date of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group; toward the 56^th anniversary of Vietnam Petroleum’s Traditional Day and celebrate the success of 6^th Vietnam Oil and Gas Union Congress, contribute to the building of cultural life at the unit, in order to improve the physical strength, health, spirit, and willpower for employees.

Overview of the Opening Ceremony of the 11^th  Oil and Gas Culture Week

Oil and Gas Sports Festival of the North in 2018 is organized by Vietnam Oil and Gas Union from August 24^th to August 26^th, including 09 games (Football, Man/Woman Tug of war, Teambuilding, Badminton, Table Tennis, Tennis, Chess, Chinese chess, Swimming). 

Managers of Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, PetroVietnam and PetroVietnam’s Union performing the Opening Ceremonies of the 11st Oil and Gas Culture Week and the Oil and Gas Sports Festival 2018.

Participating in this Festival, Sports Team of Petrovietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) with 40 athletes, competing in 06 sports subjects including: Football, Man Tug of war, Tennis, Teambuilding, Table Tennis and Badminton; PTSC Thanh Hoa represented the Corporation in three competitions (Football, Man Tug of war, Tennis).

Throughout the 3 days of active and enthusiastic competition, the athletes of PTSC have won many excellent achievements at the Oil and Gas Sports Festival of the North in 2018, details as follows:

1. Football: First Prize (represented by PTSC Thanh Hoa).
2. Tug of war: First Prize for Man team (represented by PTSC Thanh Hoa).
3. Team building: First Prize (represented by PVS).
4. Tennis:

    - First Prize for Men couple tennis under 30 years old (represented by pairs of Le Quy Dung & Le Trung Sam - PTSC Thanh Hoa).

    - First Prize for Single man tennis from 31 to 40 years old (represented by Le Thanh Son - PTSC Thanh Hoa).

5. Badminton: First Prize for Men couple from 31 to 40 years old (Represented by pair of players: Nguyen Trung Tuan & Ngo Dinh Kien - PTSC Dinh Vu).

6. Table tennis: Third Prize for single men from 31 to 40 years old (Represented by Ngoc Quang Trung - PTSC Dinh Vu).

As a result, PTSC Thanh Hoa contributed 04 out of 06 First Prizes to the Corporation's Performance Record.

The competitions of Oil and Gas Sports Festival of the North in 2018 were ended on the afternoon of 26^th August 2018 and left impressed the staff of the oil and gas industry. This was really a useful playground for training the health and contributing to the spirit of the unit in the industry.
