Chairman of PVN members working in Thanh Hoa province

On 23/2, Mr. Tran Sy Thanh- Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of Central Economic Boards, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Petrovietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) had a visit to Thanh Hoa province and Nghi Son Refinery Project.

Attending the meeting , there are Mr. Phan Ngoc Trung -PVN member of the Board of member of Group, PVN's Deputy General Director, Le Manh Hung, Chairman of Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union – Mrs. Nghiem Thuy Lan together with leaders of the PVN's specialized boards.

On the side of Thanh Hoa province, there are Mr. Trinh Van Chien, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Do Trong Hung, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Standing Committee, leader of parliament delegation; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Xung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa Province, and other standing officials of the People's Council, People's Committee and leaders of Nghi Son Economic Zone Management Board, departments.

Speaking at the meeting with the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Tran Sy Thanh, Chairman of PVN Board expressed his appreciation to the Party committees, authorities and people in Thanh Hoa province for their help in making favorable conditions for PVN and partners implementing Nghi Son Refining Petrochemical Complex Project.

In 2017, there are a lot of difficulties. Even that, leaders, cadres and laborers of the oil and gas industry have made great efforts to overcome, well accomplised their political tasks and surpassed their assigned production and business targets , continued to make great contributions to the State budget. In 2018,  the development of petrochemical refineries is continuously a centre of the oil and gas industry at strategic level, and the Nghi Son Petrochemical Refining Project is particularly important.

Secretary of Thanh Hoa Party Committee-Mr. Trinh Van Chien gave  congratulation folower to the Chairman of PVN Tran Sy Thanh.

Mr. Trinh Van Chien expressed his sincere thanks to PVN's leaders who have made their first visit to Thanh Hoa in the new year.  He also affirmed that Thanh Hoa especially attaches importance to the Complex of Nghi Son refinery Project because this project has a great impact on the economic and social development of the province.

Although the implementation progress of the project met many difficulties, but Thanh Hoa has made great efforts, fulfilled all the tasks, always accompanied, along with investors solve all obstacles arise. This is done in accordance with the commitment.

Chairman of PVN Member Board, Mr.Tran Sy Thanh visited and encouraged domestic and international contractors and employees who participated in Nghi Son  Refinery.

On the same day, Mr. Tran Sy Thanh, Chairman of PVN Member Board together with Mr. Nguyen Dinh Xung, Chairman of Thanh Hoa People's Committee came to visit and encourage engineers, experts and workers are working on the site of Nghi Son Oil Refinery.

Mr. Tran Sy Thanh expressed his sincere appreciation to all officials and workers who worked during the Tet holiday, without any holidays to ensure the progress, quality, safety and safety for Nghi Son Oil Refinery.

Leaders of Thanh Hoa province, PVN, Vietnam Oil and Gas Union gave Tet gifts to staffs at Nghi Son refinery.

According to the report of Deputy General Director of Nghi Son Oil Refinery (NSRP)- Mr. Dinh Van Ngoc, up to now, all technical and mechanical issues have been thoroughly handled and ensured quality. All projects are under reviewed and reviewed 3 times and equipment is expected to be ready to test on 28/2/2018.

At present, the company has completed the absolute safety of 4,000 procedure, the guidance of the trial preparation process in more than 20 million hours of public safety. On February 28th, the factory will be officially tested in the mid-April, 2018, with Paraxylene products. By the beginning of May 2018, there are A95 gasoline, diesel oil which will reach the quality of EURO 5 .

Speaking at the meeting with leaders of PVN and Thanh Hoa province, Mr. Turki Al-Ajmi, General Director of NSRP expressed his gratitude for the support of the leaders of Thanh Hoa province from the site clearance, ensuring the source of water and electricity to the public security and security in accordance with the guarantee commitment of the Government of Vietnam for the project and that the cooperation and action of provincial leaders, PVN has brought success to the project as it is today.

PVN's leaders gave Tet gifts to NSRP's staff.

Nghi Son Petrochemical Complex is fast approaching the target not only demonstrates the determination of NSRP but also proves the increasingly important role of PVN, the typical culture of Vietnamese oil and gas. The encouragement of leaders of PVN and Thanh Hoa province to employees participated in the project during the traditional Lunar New Year is very timely and necessary.
