Announcement and hand-over of the appointment decision of BSR managers

On May 21st at Dung Quat Oil Refinery, Vietnam Oil and Gas Group held a ceremony to announce and appoint the managers of Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (BSR).

Attending and handing over the appointment decision were Mr. Phan Ngoc Trung, member of Members’ Council; Mr. Le Manh Hung, Deputy General Director of the Group.

At BSR side were Mr. Le Xuan Huyen, new Secretary of Party Committee, new President of BSR Member’s Council; Mr. Tran Ngoc Nguyen, General Director of the Company; other members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Members’ Council, Board of General Directors, Supervisors, Representatives of Executive Committee of Trade Union, Veterans Union, Youth Union, Director and Deputy Directors of factory, Leader and Sub-Leader of BSR functional Departments; Dung Quat Oil Refinery Expansion Project Management (DQRE) and management’s representatives from PVBuilding, BSR-BF, PMS, Song Hau 1 Project Management Board ...

Managers of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group handed the appointment decision to Mr. Ha Dong, member of BSR Members’ Council

President and General Director of BSR handed over the appointment decision and congratulated Mr. Nghiem Duc Duong, new Deputy General Director of the Company and Dung Quat Refinery Expansion Project Manager.

On May 18^th 2018, the Members’ Council of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group issued Decision No. 861/QĐ-DKVN on personnel work of the Group; mobilization and appointment of Mr. Le Xuan Huyen, Leader of PVN’s Petroleum Processing Department to be Chairman of BSR Members’ Council.

On May 18^th 2018, the Party Committee of the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group issued Decision No. 778-QĐ/ĐU appointing Mr. Le Xuan Huyen, Chairman of the BSR Members’ Council to participate in the Party Executive Committee, Standing Committee and to be Secretary of Party Committee of Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Co., Ltd. term 2015 - 2020.

On the same day, Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group’s Members’ Council issued Decision No. 862/QĐ-DKVN on BSR personnel works; receiving and appointing Mr. Ha Dong, Chairman of Petrovietnam Maintenance and Repair Joint Stock Company belonging to Petrovietnam Maintenance and Repair Corporation (PVMR), to be Member of BSR Members’ Council.

On 21^st May 2018, Members’ Council of Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Co. issued Decision No. 1633/QĐ-BSR on receiving and appointing Mr. Nghiem Duc Duong, Deputy Manager of Song Hau 1 Project Management Board held the position of Deputy General Director and Project Management of Dung Quat Refinery Expansion Project.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Phan Ngoc Trung, Member of Members’ Council of the Group, on behalf of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group’s Managers, congratulated the colleague recently appointed by the Group and BSR. He also asked BSR managers and personnel who have recently been appointed to cooperate extensively with Nghi Son Refinery to form a truly competitive petroleum market for national energy security.

BSR General Director Tran Ngoc Nguyen thanked PVN managers for mobilizing, appointing new manager of BSR.

The new chairman of the BSR Members’ Council promised to: 1: Be united; together find the solution to improve the solidarity. 2: Restructure, arrange the right people, properly work, and maximize professional capacity. 3: Bravely overcome the difficulties. 4: Need to innovate from production optimization to scientific research. 5: Create the exemplary BSR culture.
