The Opening Ceremony of Oil and Gas Culture Week XI

On the morning of 25th August in Hanoi, PetroVietnam’s Union celebrated the Opening Ceremony of Oil and Gas Culture Week XI and Oil and Gas Sports Festival 2018.

Attending the ceremonies, there were attendance of Vice Chairman of Vietnam Confederation of Union – Mr. Chinh D. Mai and representatives of provincial labor union, Hanoi’s Labor Union, and other representatives of government and provinces.

On behalf of PetroVietnam, there was Mr. Thanh S. Tran, Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director Son. V. T. Nguyen, other members in the board of members, Chairwoman of PetroVietnam’s Labor Union Lan T. Nghiem, members in Labor Union, representatives of unit labor union and last but not least, 700 athletes representing for Oil and Gas employees.

Leaders of General Confederation of Labor of Vietnam, PetroVietnam Oil and Gas, and PetroVietnam Labor Union attended the opening ceremony of Oil and Gas Culture Week XI and Oil and Gas Sports Festival.

Vice Chairman of Vietnam Confederation of Union - Chinh Duc. Mai and Chairman of the Board of Directors - Thanh S. Tran gave awards the symbols for typical units in the movement of building cultural life.

This year, Oil and Gas sports festival will take place from August 24th – 26th, including eight competitions with the participation of more than 700 athletes from 23 delegations with the following contents: football, badminton, table tennis, tennis, chess, Chinese chess, swimming.

 Mrs. Lan T. Nghiem – Chairwoman of PetroVietnam Labor Union gave awards for teams that won the prize in the online completion about Labor Union activities in 2018.
