Contract signing Ceremony of cooperation in processing DTY of PVTex

PetroVietnam Petrochemical and Textile Fiber Joint Stock Company (PVTex) with An Phat Holdings Joint Stock Company (APH) and An Son Textile Fiber Joint Stock Company signed a contract for processing DTY of PVTex.

Attending the signing ceremony was the Chairman of the Board of Members of PVN – Mr.Tran Sy Thanh, Board members, Leadership of specialized departments of PetroVietnam, PVTex and some member units of PetroVietnam.  APH Group had the Chairman of Board of Directors – Mr. Pham Anh Duong, Board Members, members of Board of Directors, General Director of An Son Textile Fiber Joint Stock Company - Mr.Ho Tri Dung. The signing ceremony was attended by leaders of the Oil & Gas, Planning and Industrial Departments of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Production activities at Dinh Vu Fibers Factory. 

PVTex has been extensively inviting partners to cooperate and, as a result, the partnership between APH Group and international partners from India and Singapore has been selected to come to cooperative negotiations.

On 27^th April 2018, PVTex and APH Group officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for production and trading of Dinh Vu fiberglass factory.
