PTSC Thanh Hoa organizes workshop on “the 7 effective habits”

On 7th Nov, 2025, PTSC Thanh Hoa organized a workshop on “The 7 Effective Habits”, attracting the participation of more than 90 employees from various departments.
The program was inspired by the globally renowned book “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” by Stephen R. Covey – a timeless guide on personal development and leadership. Throughout the workshop, participants learned and practiced key habits including Be Proactive; Begin with the End in Mind; Put First Things First; Think Win-Win; Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood; Synergize; and Sharpen the Saw.
For PTSC Thanh Hoa employees, the “7 Effective Habits” is not merely a training topic—it serves as a practical framework that shapes working style. Especially, the workshop provided both conceptual understanding and real-world application through insightful guidance delivered by Mr. Pham Hung Phuong – Director, along with meaningful sharing from Mr. Do Tien Cong – Chairman of the Trade Union, Head of Organization & HR, and other Leaders from various departments.

During the workshop, employees actively participated in group discussions, exchanged viewpoints, and reflected on how the habits can enhance effectiveness in their daily work. Following the workshop, participants will continue a 4-week practice journey to reinforce and apply the habits in real tasks and situations.
