PTSC organized successfully General Annual Meeting 2019

2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation was successfully organized at Petro Vung Tau Hotel on 28th June 2019.

Attending the meeting, there were Mr. Dzung. H.Nguyen, Member of Council Member, Mr. Hoa.X.Nguyen – Vice Director and representatives of PetroVietnam. On the side of PTSC, there were Mr. Tung. T.Phan – Chairman, Mr. Cuong.M.L – CEO and President and Mr. Cuong.X.Nguyen – Vice.

Reports on activities in 2018 and directions and tasks; report on production and business situation in 2018 and targets of business and production plan in 2019 of the Executive Board; Operation report of 2018 of Supervisory Board and proposal of auditing unit in 2019; Financial statements for 2018 and Profit distribution plan for 2018, 2019 profit distribution plan; Report on remuneration and remuneration 2018 of the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board and the plan for 2019; Dismissal of the Board member 2019  have been reviewed and approved.

At the meeting, the presidium answered questions as well as provide full information related to questions of shareholders around dividend payments, potential projects.

With high consensus on reports, General Annual Meeting 2019 was a great success. This will be a motivation for PTSC to grow further in 2019 and the following years.
