PVN announced and awarded the decision of the Deputy General Director

On November 18, in Hanoi, Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) held a ceremony to announce and award the decision to appoint PVN’s Deputy General Director to Mr. Nguyen Van Mau.

Attending and witnessing the awarding ceremony were representatives of Central Inspection Committee, Party Committee of the Centrally-run Businesses’ Sector, and Commission for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises.

On the side of PVN, there were Mr. Le Manh Hung - Member of the Board of Director, the General Director of the Group and the leaders of the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors, the leadership of professional departments / Group’s Office, leaders of political organizations Group societies, leading members of the Group.

At the ceremony, Ms. Bui Thi Nguyet - Head of Personnel Management Board of PVN announced the Board's decision on the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Van Mau, Chief Accountant cum Chief Financial Officer - Chief Accountant. The Group's Board of Directors holds the position of Deputy General Director of the Group. The decision takes effect from the date of signing.

On behalf of the Group's leader, General Director Le Manh Hung and Member of the Board of Directors Pham Xuan Canh gave the decision and congratulated the new Deputy General Director Nguyen Van Mau.

In the context that the Group is implementing a development strategy in the new period, General Director Le Manh Hung proposed Deputy General Director Nguyen Van Mau to implement the proposed action program, in collaboration with the Group's leader, The professional departments and units have well performed the tasks of reviewing, evaluating and managing the Group's finance to serve the Group's development goals in the coming years.
