At the commencement period of NSRP, I sat down with the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tinh Gia district and recorded some figures in the book. Of the 80,000 people in this young Nghi Son city, nearly 50% of young people are in upper secondary school age. 43,000 people of working age. The number of employed employees is 37,000. Agricultural labor accounts for 73.2%, of which labor is workers and manual production accounts for 13.1%. Other services 13.7%.

Looking at that structure, it is a little startling for how skilled and skilled workers will supply to NSRP the gap tomorrow! How many local workers will be lucky to be hired in NSRP? Is there standing land in the country's largest petrochemical park and in its own country or will it find a place to live elsewhere?

At NSRP:

“During the construction period from 2013-2016, the project has created jobs for tens of thousands of local workers. At the peak period, the project site had up to 30,000 employees (of which mostly local laborers perform jobs of construction contractors).”.
